I do not really agree with the result, I think to be someboy persistent and determined and dedicated to a completing task. However it's true I lack self confidence. Sometimes this lack of confidence restrains me in my projects.

It's true I prefer work in group, because I think the outcome of a group will be better, more interesting than the outcome of one person. I determined and stubborn but I know recognize when the idea of other people is better than mine.
I am also independent, I am efficient in working alone.

Risk taker: Entrepreneurship is a high-risk activity, and I think I must learn to take risk, to be more spontaneous. I want or I try to control everything however an entrepreneur/anybody cannot control everything. Creative: According to me, entrepreneurship is linked to creativity, to innovation. Entrepreneurship is finding an innovative project and/or finding innovative ways of promoting, selling our ideas, our project. I think I lack creativity and imagination. Orator/Good speaker: The last talent that I would like to have to become a successful entrepreneur is the orator speech. Indeed, I think it’s essential to capture the attention of the audience, to convince them, to fascinate them thanks to our words. The audience can be the investors, our employees, our partners… The speech is a fascinating tool.
This website gives me all the details, all the information concerning the entrepreneurship. I can discover all the steps to start a business, to grow a business. It gives me information and advices about money, financing, marketing, sales, human resources… All the aspects of entrepreneurship are studied.I also can ask business questions and be member of the social network of entrepreneurs.
Having an innovative, efficient, business idea is essential. But if anybody knows it, there is no point in being entrepreneur. Communication is a very significant step in the life of an entrepreneuship. I think nowadays facebook is an efficient and useful way of communication. In some hours, we can easily reach hundreds people by a simple click!

I chose a naked man because I think clothes don’t matter. The fact of wearing a suit doesn’t transform somebody into an entrepreneur: it’s just an appearance. Of course, in some cases it’s significant to be well dressed.
The light bulb represents creativity and imagination. I have already developed this idea before, creativity is essential for creating new ideas, new projects, but also for developing new ways of selling the project.
The entrepreneur must have a huge capacity of reflection. Having innovative, wonderful and a lot of ideas is not enough, he must be able to put them in order, to analyze them, to find the pros and cons of the ideas.
He must have clear and relevant arguments in order to convince his audience.
HOMEWORK
My own vision of an entrepreneur...
An entrepreneur is somebody who really believes in her/his project. Whatever people say or think, she/he's ready to launch his/her business idea.
He knows that he will have to face difficulties, challenges, but he will never give up. Even if he' s hurt, exhausted, he will keep on. An entrepreneur also knows that he's not alone, he has support, friend, partner, family, behind him.
An entrepreneur has a goal and he will do everything to reach it!
SELECTED TREND
The generation G, generation GENEROSITY! It was big in 2009, and it will be even bigger this year.
The trend of Generosity concerns companies but also customers. Both of them are more interested and involved in some causes and want to participate and help others. For example, Australian Baby Teresa manufactures and sells a variety of 100% cotton onesies for babies, and, for each one purchased, donates another to a baby in need somewhere in the world. My idea will be to encourage companies to invest in my project, but also to convince the clients to come in my sportroom instead of paying for another one. Why? Because coming to my sportroom means support my project, my idea. In other words this is means being involved and taking part of the integration of disabled persons in our society by co-donating.
BEST PRACTICE I looked for the definition on the internet and I chosen the Wikipedia definition, which is clear: “A best practice is a technique, method, process, activity, incentive, or reward that is believed to be more effective at delivering a particular outcome than any other technique, method, process, etc. when applied to a particular condition or circumstance."
According to me, a best practice is a practice which has been used many times before, and has been the most efficient. Contrary to the other methods, this practice enables to reach a goal with more efficiency or with less effort.
The next practices are the followings: be fun, be unique, break pricing rules, make yourself exclusive, story telling, apply current trends, revive old traditions, individualize, special locations.
I chosen two of them: be fun, make yourself exclusive. Why?
Be fun! My sport room presents another way to practice sport: an original and a funny way! Indeed, a basketball match in wheelchair or a stretching course in the dark encourage people to live a new and funny experience. Sport becomes more entertaining.
Make yourself exclusive! The idea of creating a sport room which can receive disabled people is not unique in France, that’s why I don’t use the practice “be unique” but “make yourself exclusive”.
The exclusivity of my sportroom: practicing sport differently (basketball match in wheelchair or a stretching course in the dark, soccer match without talking…), and being very closed to disabled people. We share an experience with them, we create links and help them to integrate more.
THE CORE 5 COMPETENCIES
The core 5 competencies which I think my team must cover to be successfull for my entrepreneurial idea:
- Open minded because handicap isn’t an easy subject and a lot of people are not at ease in front of disabled persons. They prefer hanging their hands instead of looking at them.
- A mixed team: I need diversity in my team, I don’t want to choose identical persons: men, women, young, older, disabled, abled-bodies, qualified, diploma,technical… The diversity enables to have different points of view, different ways of thinking, of working…Diversity is an asset.
- A smiling team, because working with nice and smiling people is easier and more pleasant. I think smiling is very important in group relationships.
- A communicative team: According to me, communication is essential in a group work. I'm a member of an association which organizes a big recruitment forum and most of our problems come to a lack of communication. That's why, I attach a lot of importance to communication, to sincerity.
- Really engaged people: It’s a very long project, which cannot be done in some months. We need years to accomplish it, to see the result of our efforts. That’s why my team must be over-engaged and motivated by the project. They can give up after 6 months of efforts, they must invest in this project some years. 3 additional competencies
- Accounting and finance skills: Why? Because my project is very expensive, and it's essential to have skilled people in accounting and finance in order to avoid mistakes, and to have clear counts.
- Marketing skills: in order to sell my project and to convince people to come to my sport room.
- Critical thinking: we need to have a critical thinking on our ideas, our projects. We need to stand back. We mustn't hesitate to criticize (in a good way or a bad way) others members of the team. Indeed complimenting people encourages them to keep on being efficient, being involved, and criticizing enables people to improve their efficiency.
